Water is not just a source of life; it IS life! Since the beginning of time, life has originated in water. Even our very beginning took place in water, in the womb. It is crucial to understand: Where there is water, there is life; without water, there is no life!
Sufficient hydration is essential. It revitalizes our organs, flushes toxins out of the body and gives us energy.
